Marc Caccavo founded Cavo Design Build with a simple idea: every project deserves to reach its full potential. Trained in industrial design at Philadelphia University, Marc turned a small garage into a full service metal fabrication studio in Gloucester City, New Jersey, minutes from Philadelphia.
What sets Cavo apart is the approach. This is not a weld shop that takes whatever rolls through the door. It is a design studio that models in 3D, prototypes, and refines before a single piece of metal is cut.
Today, Cavo works with high-end architects, interior designers, and engineers, delivering custom metalwork from concept to finished install across the entire East Coast. We ship our work anywhere.
We model in 3D, prototype, and iterate before cutting. The design is right before the metal is touched.
