Every project runs through the same proven process, whether it is a single railing or a full architectural package. Here is how we take an idea and turn it into finished metal.
It starts with a conversation. Share a sketch, a photo, a drawing, or just an idea. We talk through what you are trying to build, the look you want, your budget, and your timeline, then we tell you honestly how we would approach it.
We translate the concept into precise 3D models and shop drawings. You see exactly what you are getting before a single cut is made, and we refine the design with you until it is right.
We help you choose the right metal, gauge, and finish for the job, balancing look, durability, and budget. Finish samples are available on request.
Your piece is cut, formed, and welded in our Gloucester City shop using water jet, laser, CNC bending, and CNC tube plasma. Every weld and seam is held to a high standard.
Powder coating, polishing, brushing, blackening, or patina, all done to spec so the piece arrives ready to install and ready to last.
We protect, deliver, and professionally install your work, coordinating with your site and your trades so the final result fits and functions exactly as designed.
